With my Mum, I have shown Golden Retrievers since 2005, however I wanted a dog of my own. I saw the Mini Wires at a show one time and knew they were the dog for me.........
It took a long time to get Mum to agree to a new breed, let alone one from another group... Then once agreed it was a year wait till I finally got Dollie.
And worth the wait she was.................
Our Dachshund family has since grown, I do hope you enjoy looking through our website.
I have had great success in the show ring. I WON 1st at the Richmond Junior Handling Finals in the Gundog Group 2006, also 1st at Crufts 2007 Handling and at only 11yrs old, I am the youngest person in Golden Retrievers to handle a dog to a CC.
In 2011, I was Ireland’s TOP JUNIOR HANDLER and represented Ireland @ Crufts in the International Handling Finals
